Yes, by default WP-Client creates a login page, usually located at “domain.com/portal/login-page”.  This page, usually called “Login Page”, can be renamed, and the permalink can be changed to reflect the URL you want. Also, the “domain.com/wp-login.php” page can be renamed to whatever you like in WP-Client settings, and “domain.com/wp-admin” can be blocked so that your clients do not see that page.
