Designed as a major upgrade to our existing “paid registration” functionality, Advanced Member Site allows for multiple levels of paid membership, and more powerful permissions controls for posts, pages and files.
Now you can add a multiple level paid membership site to the list of things WP-Client can do for your business. With AMS, you will be able to create and manage multiple membership levels within WP-Client. Each level can have it’s own unique settings regarding cost, recurring / expiration periods, resource assignments, and there’s no limit to the number of different levels you can have. This means you can create as many different membership levels as you desire, and each one can be unique in every way!
Advanced Member Site gives you the option to add a selection box to the standard Client Registration Form, allowing clients to self-register and choose their preferred membership level. After registration, they will automatically be redirected to the appropriate gateway payment page as the final step of registration. Clients will only gain access to their portal once they pay, so you won’t have to worry about unpaid customers accessing secure content!
In addition to allowing clients to choose their own membership level, you can also manually add and adjust registration for existing clients. You can modify an existing client’s membership level, and expiration date. This means you have full control over client memberships, regardless of how the client was registered! (Feature coming soon)
AMS gives you the flexibility to design memberships however you desire. You can make memberships one-time payments, or recurring on any timescale (monthly, yearly, etc). Best of all, these settings apply to individual membership levels, so each level can have it’s own timeframe if desired. This means you could create separate “trial” and full-fledged membership levels, all within the same interface!
One of the most powerful features of AMS is the ability to “pre-create” and “pre-assign” files, pages, and other resources in the plugin. Using the Circle and category functionalities already inside WP-Client, you can upload files, create Portal Pages, and design HUB Pages, and assign them to the appropriate membership levels. This means that every resource will already be available to the corresponding registration level, all before the first client is created!
Additionally, AMS introduces a new functionality: Portal Page Profiles. Portal Page Profiles allow you to create pre-existing “templates” for multiple Portal Pages. When a new Client is registered, the appropriate Portal Page Profiles go to work, and create new Portal Pages for the Client, based on the templates. These templates can include any content you want, and can be dynamically filled with client data using placeholders. Best of all, you can use more than one at a time, so when a new client signs up, they can automatically have 3, 5, even 20 new Portal Pages automatically created and assigned to them!
Because AMS is an Extension of WP-Client, you will be able to take advantage of any and all of the existing payment gateways in the plugin to accept membership payments. That means, at the very least, you will have PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net AIM, and Authorize.Net SIM as options by default. And if you have the More Payment Gateways Extension, all of the gateways included in that (2CheckOut, Amazon Payments, Braintree, PayMill, and Skrill) are usable within AMS as well.
There is no functionality limitations for the different license levels of AMS. The only difference in pricing is for the number of sites you would like to activate. This means that whether you want to install on 1, 5, or 50 sites, you get the full power of the Advanced Member Site Extension all of the time. And don’t forget, there is no separate recurring fee for AMS, so you get all of this functionality for the life of the Extension, as long as your CORE WP-Client subscription is kept current.
BOTTOM LINE :: You can add AMS to your arsenal of tools for a one-time fee, and you will never have to pay again for this functionality, regardless of how many members sign-up. With the “per-URL” pricing model, you only pay for as much AMS as you need!
