>> Why should I update to the latest version?
Please be sure that you’ve updated to the latest version of WP-Client. While we don’t try to force you to upgrade, many bug fixes and issues are fixed in the newer versions, and we can’t provide support for those issues when you are using an older version.
If you’re not sure that you’re received the latest updates by email, it’s possible that your email is not updated in our system.

You should follow the instructions in the HELP file for ‘Custom Page Templates’
Depending on your theme, these steps should fix your issues

====================
Using Custom Page Templates with WP-Client
Using FTP, go into your theme’s folder, and download page.php to your computer.
Then rename to single-hubpage.php and upload into same folder.
Now, download another copy of page.php to your computer.
Then rename that copy to single-clientspage.php and upload into same folder.
In the end, you will have all three in your theme folder…. page.php, plus the two new renamed copies.
WP-Client will then start using the new copies as the page templates for all WP-Client components, and those can be customized to fit your needs.
* You can use any page template in your theme to copy. It doesn’t have to be page.php, but that typically is the page template with the fewest added components ( next & previous post links, social media, etc… )
>> How do I allow Clients to register themselves? Seems it’s not working?
First, be sure that you have Client Registration set to Yes - http://screencast.com/t/QofemmgE
Second, be sure that you’re logged out of the site
Third, use this link: http://yourdomain.com/client-registration (Replace yourdomain.com with your URL)
You can also use this link in any navigation item to allow clients to register themselves
>> I need to share very large files, but want to upload by FTP or store in another location
Yes, you can use the Remote File Component.
http://screencast.com/t/i3XfZ6FOovOd
Simply enter the direct URL for the file into the field for URL, and then you can assign it to the proper client(s) or group(s)
Then, the client(s) or group(s) who have been permissioned will see the file title/link in their list of available files, and be able to download from there.
If none of these help you, you’ll need to submit a Support Request
